1. Shipping Destinations

Shipping Rates (United States)

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the United States (excluding certain regions listed below).

  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $100 shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states are charged a flat shipping fee of $20.

Special Regional Shipping Rates

Due to higher logistics costs, the following regions have separate shipping fees:

  • Alaska (AK) & Hawaii (HI): $80 shipping fee

  • Puerto Rico (PR): $120 shipping fee

  • American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands: $200 shipping fee

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

  • For bulk orders or special project shipments, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.


2. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days

  • High-volume or special orders: up to 5 business days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


3. Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Free shipping promotions, if available, apply only to standard retail orders and do not include oversized or bulk shipments.


5. Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Large or Bulk Orders

Some lighting products may be considered oversized or heavy.

For bulk purchases, commercial orders, or multiple-unit purchases, additional shipping charges or freight shipping may apply.

If applicable, we will contact you before shipment to confirm shipping details.


7. Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
