We accept returns of unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused and uninstalled.
Products must be returned in original packaging.
Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in resalable condition.

Installed, modified, or used products are not eligible for return.

How Return Shipping Works

Our return shipping policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing while offering high-quality commercial lighting products. Please review the following carefully:

Original outbound shipping labels are covered by JCE Lighting.
Customers are responsible for additional return shipping costs, including extra boxes, oversized packages, incorrectly packed returns, palletized shipments, or freight/LTL orders.
If a return is caused by a JCE Lighting shipping error, our team will review the case and provide the proper return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos of the package and product, and a brief description of the issue so our team can review the case quickly.
