JCE Product Warranty Policy

(Limited Warranty for LED Lighting Products)


1. Warranty Overview

JCE warrants that all JCE-branded LED lighting products (“Products”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions during the applicable warranty period.

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from JCE official sales channels, including our website, within the United States.


2. Warranty Period

  • The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

  • The specific warranty duration varies by product model and is stated on the corresponding product detail page.

  • If no warranty period is specified, a standard limited warranty of five (5) years applies.

Replacement or repaired Products do not extend or reset the original warranty period.


3. Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


4. What This Warranty Covers

During the applicable warranty period, JCE, at its sole discretion, will:

  • Repair the defective Product, or

  • Replace it with the same model or a functionally equivalent or upgraded model, or

  • Provide another remedy permitted by applicable law.

Covered defects include:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Performance failure under normal operating conditions

For LED lighting products, this warranty covers functional failure that prevents the Product from operating as intended.


5. What Is NOT Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident

  • Use outside the Product’s specified voltage, environment, or operating conditions

  • Damage resulting from power surges, lightning, flooding, fire, or other acts of nature

  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by non-authorized personnel

  • Failures caused by incompatible accessories, drivers, dimmers, or control systems

  • Labor costs related to installation, removal, or reinstallation

  • Shipping or handling costs unless otherwise stated

  • Consumable or expendable components, where applicable


6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact JCE Support and provide:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase

  2. Product model number

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Clear photos or videos showing the defect (required)

JCE reserves the right to request additional information or require the Product to be returned for inspection prior to claim approval.


7. Shipping & Replacement Terms

  • Approved replacement Products will be shipped after claim validation.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

  • If the original model is discontinued, JCE may provide a refurbished, equivalent, or upgraded replacement.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • JCE’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

  • JCE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, downtime, or labor costs.

Some U.S. states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.


9. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the purchase was made, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


10. Warranty Rights

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
