    Wrong Item Received
    We apologize for shipping you the wrong item on your order. Please return the incorrect item after speaking with our helpful Customer Service Team . Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you the replacement item.

  • Can I change the quantity or product after placing an order?

    To make any changes, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. If the order has already shipped, changes may not be possible and a return may be required.

  • I entered the wrong information at checkout. What should I do?

  • I need to change the order I just placed. What do I do??

    Please Contact Our Customer Service Team to cancel your order and reorder the product(s) that you want. Have your order number ready so our team members can quickly assist you with this change request.

  • Do you offer bulk buy or discounts for high-volume customers?

    Yes, JCE Lighting offers bulk buying options to customers who qualify. Please complete the Bulk Sales & Inquiry Form to provide details about which products interest you and the estimated quantities you wish to purchase. A JCE Lighting Sales representative will correspond with you.

  • What is the LCE Lighting refund policy?

    Here is the full Return Policy with details about refunds, which can take up to 3-5 business days to process.

  • What happens when I return a product for refund?

    The returned item will be inspected, then we will notify you with details regarding the approval or rejection of your potential refund. Denied refunds occur on a case-by-case basis.
    Your refund will be processed as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Remember to return the item in its original packaging in new and unused condition with all accessories.
    Please Note: Original shipping charges will only be refunded when the product return is the result of a LCE Lighting error. For a smooth return of product, please contact the Customer Service Team prior to returning your product.

  • How long does it take to process a refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your payment provider.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return. Please contact our Customer Service Team for details specific to your case.

  • Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

    Exchanges are handled as returns and replacements. Please contact our Customer Service Team to initiate the process.

  • What happens if I refuse a shipment/package?

    Return to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund for the order minus actual shipping cost.

    Your refund will be processed as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Please Note: Original shipping charges will only be refunded when the product return is the result of a LCE Lighting error. We do not take reponsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of the purchase. At JCE Lighting, we are committed to providing reliable, professional-grade LED lighting solutions.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

We accept returns of unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and uninstalled

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be in resalable condition

Installed, modified, or used products are not eligible for return.


How Return Shipping Works

Our return shipping policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing while offering high-quality commercial lighting products.

Please review the following carefully:

  1. Original outbound shipping labels are covered by JCE Lighting.

  2. Customers are responsible for additional return shipping costs, including:

    • Extra boxes

    • Oversized packages

    • Incorrectly packed returns

  3. Palletized or freight (LTL) orders are the responsibility of the customer for return shipping.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Initiate a return request within 30 days of purchase by contacting our support team.

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.

Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.


Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Please send the authorized return to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email.


Step 4: Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges & Replacements

JCE Lighting replaces defective or damaged products at no cost under our Product Warranty.

If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do not initiate a return.
Instead, submit a warranty claim so we can resolve the issue quickly.
