  • What is the LCE Lighting refund policy?

    Here is the full Return Policy with details about refunds, which can take up to 3-5 business days to process.

  • What happens when I return a product for refund?

    The returned item will be inspected, then we will notify you with details regarding the approval or rejection of your potential refund. Denied refunds occur on a case-by-case basis.
    Your refund will be processed as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Remember to return the item in its original packaging in new and unused condition with all accessories.

  • How long does it take to process a refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your payment provider.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

  • Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

  • What happens if I refuse a shipment/package?

    Return to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund for the order minus actual shipping cost.

    Your refund will be processed as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Please Note: Original shipping charges will only be refunded when the product return is the result of a LCE Lighting error. We do not take reponsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of the purchase. At JCE Lighting, we are committed to providing reliable, professional-grade LED lighting solutions.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

We accept returns of unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and uninstalled

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be in resalable condition

Installed, modified, or used products are not eligible for return.


How Return Shipping Works

Our return shipping policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing while offering high-quality commercial lighting products.

Please review the following carefully:

  1. Original outbound shipping labels are covered by JCE Lighting.

  2. Customers are responsible for additional return shipping costs, including:

    • Extra boxes

    • Oversized packages

    • Incorrectly packed returns

  3. Palletized or freight (LTL) orders are the responsibility of the customer for return shipping.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Initiate a return request within 30 days of purchase by contacting our support team.

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.

Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.


Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Please send the authorized return to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email.


Step 4: Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges & Replacements

JCE Lighting replaces defective or damaged products at no cost under our Product Warranty.

If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do not initiate a return.
Instead, submit a warranty claim so we can resolve the issue quickly.

For commercial, industrial, and project-based lighting purchases, certifications are more than simple logos. They help contractors, facility managers, distributors, and procurement teams verify that a lighting product has been tested for safety, performance, efficiency, electromagnetic compliance, or material restrictions.

Depending on the product model, our fixtures may include certifications or compliance marks such as UL, ETL, DLC, FCC, CE, RoHS, and ENERGY STAR.

= ENERGY STAR® =

ENERGY STAR is a U.S. government-backed program focused on energy efficiency. In lighting, the ENERGY STAR mark helps buyers identify products that meet strict energy performance requirements while helping reduce electricity consumption and operating costs.

For commercial and residential lighting applications, ENERGY STAR certified products may help users choose fixtures that deliver reliable light output with improved efficiency compared with traditional lighting technologies.

When an ENERGY STAR mark appears on a JCE Lighting product or document, it means that the applicable product model has been evaluated according to the relevant ENERGY STAR requirements. Please confirm the specific certification details on each product page or technical specification sheet.

= LED Lifetime Rating Test Method =

LED lifetime is usually evaluated through recognized testing and projection methods, including LM-80 and TM-21. These methods help estimate how LED components maintain light output over time under controlled testing conditions.

LM-80 testing measures lumen maintenance for LED light sources over an extended period. TM-21 is then used to project long-term lumen maintenance based on collected test data. Together, these methods help buyers better understand expected LED performance and long-term reliability.

= UL Listed =
